Terms of Service

By accessing or using AstraBourse you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is a paid product; access requires an active subscription unless we have granted you a trial or complimentary access.

A subscription grants ONE natural person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Your account is for your individual use only.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, lend, or otherwise make your account or login credentials available to any other person or organisation. One account = one person.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be shared, used by multiple people, or accessed from patterns indicating credential sharing, without refund.

If you need access for a team, contact us about additional seats — each user requires their own subscription.

Plans are offered on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. Prices are shown at checkout and may be denominated in SAR or another displayed currency.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for each renewal.

We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next renewal, never retroactively to the current period.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals — you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date, your account automatically moves to the Free tier and paid features become unavailable.

We do not offer refunds. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features you did not use.

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service or its data except through features we provide;
• use automated means to access the Service beyond documented rate limits;
• upload content that is unlawful, malicious, or infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or disrupt the Service;
• resell or redistribute outputs as a competing service.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited licence to use the Service, not ownership of it. Data you upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

AstraBourse is made and offered for KNOWLEDGE AND FUN: it is an educational and entertainment tool that computes astrological chart positions for moments you choose. It is NOT designed or intended for trading, investing, or any financial decision-making.

The Service does NOT provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice; it is not a brokerage, an advisory service, or a financial institution of any kind, and it holds no financial licence because none of its intended uses require one. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

Astrology is not a method of predicting markets or future events. If you nevertheless choose to use the Service in connection with trading or any financial activity, you do so entirely at your own initiative and your own risk — such use is outside the intended purpose of the Service, and we accept NO responsibility or liability for it or for any losses arising from it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, financial losses (including any losses connected to trading or investment activity, which is outside the intended use of the Service), or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (including the single-user rule), if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
